The Story - Brandi Carlile
Jen introduced me to this gal and we cannot get enough of her music. Jen still gets goosebumps everytime she listens to this song. One of the first albums we've bought in a while. Definetely worth the cash.
"All of these lines that cross my face tell you the story of who I am So many stories of where I've been and how I got to where I am."
whoa, i got chills too. doesn't surprise me a lick that she's from seattle. along the same folkrock/vocal(what does that mean?), I'd suggest Over the Rhine, Feist, and...Phantom Oscillator. what?! you haven't heard of P.O.?! (jk.)
